Where you are — and where we go together

Spiritual coaching is not about escaping reality. It is about arriving more fully within it, equipped with tools that honour both your inner wisdom and your everyday life.

What may feel familiar

  • A persistent sense that something essential is missing despite outer success
  • Emotional fatigue from carrying responsibilities without replenishing your spirit
  • Decision paralysis because you have lost contact with your own intuition
  • Recurring patterns in relationships or work that keep you feeling stuck
  • Grief, transition or loss that traditional support has not fully addressed

What becomes possible

  • A grounded sense of direction that feels genuinely yours, not borrowed
  • Emotional resilience built on self-compassion rather than willpower alone
  • Confident decision-making guided by restored intuitive clarity
  • Freedom from cycles that no longer serve your growth
  • A sustainable spiritual practice woven naturally into daily rhythms

How the process unfolds

Every engagement follows a gentle, four-phase rhythm designed to honour your pace while ensuring tangible, lasting transformation.

Soul mapping conversation

We begin with a 60-minute exploratory session where I listen deeply to your story, your longings and your sticking points. No judgement, no agenda — only genuine curiosity about what your soul is asking for right now.

Personalised guidance plan

Drawing on multiple modalities — breathwork, energy reading, somatic awareness, reflective journaling — I craft a bespoke roadmap that aligns with your temperament, schedule and spiritual inclinations.

Supported integration

Over the following weeks we meet regularly, refining practices as insights surface. Between sessions you receive voice-note reflections and written prompts to keep the momentum alive without overwhelm.

Grounded autonomy

The aim is always your independence. We conclude with a consolidation session that equips you with a self-sustaining toolkit, so the growth continues long after our formal work ends.

Guided by lived experience and rigorous training

My path into spiritual coaching did not begin in a classroom. It began during a period of profound personal unravelling — a time when conventional frameworks could not reach the places that needed healing most. That experience became the foundation for a practice grounded equally in empathy and expertise.

Over the past twelve years I have supported individuals navigating grief, career crossroads, relationship transitions and the quiet crisis of meaning that arrives when everything looks fine on the outside yet feels hollow within. My approach integrates somatic awareness, energy psychology, contemplative traditions and evidence-informed coaching methodology.

Based in Galway, I draw deep inspiration from the Atlantic landscape — its wildness, its patience, its capacity for renewal. This land shapes the way I hold space, and many clients remark on how the natural environment here becomes part of their healing.

  • ICF certified coach
  • Somatic experiencing practitioner
  • Reiki master teacher
  • Contemplative psychotherapy training
  • Breathwork facilitator

Questions we hear often

If your question is not answered below, please reach out directly — we are always happy to talk things through before you commit.

Not at all. This work is non-denominational and welcomes people of every background — including those who consider themselves spiritual but not religious, or who are simply curious. We draw on universal principles of awareness, compassion and self-inquiry rather than any single doctrine.
While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, spiritual coaching is oriented toward meaning, purpose and inner alignment. We do not replace clinical care; rather, we complement it by addressing the existential and soulful dimensions that traditional therapy may not fully explore. If clinical support is needed, we will always recommend it.
Absolutely. About half of our clients work with us remotely via secure video call. The depth and efficacy of online sessions consistently matches in-person work, particularly once we establish rapport in the initial meeting.
The first session is a soul mapping conversation — an unhurried, exploratory dialogue where I listen to your story, your aspirations and the places where you feel stuck. There is no pressure to commit to further sessions. Many people find this single conversation profoundly clarifying on its own.
It varies widely. Some clients find deep value in a focused series of four to six sessions around a specific transition. Others engage in longer-term guidance spanning several months. We discuss pacing openly and adjust as your needs evolve, always with the goal of your eventual independence.
Yes, without exception. Confidentiality is the bedrock of this work. Nothing you share in session will ever be disclosed to a third party unless you provide explicit written consent, or unless there is an immediate risk of harm — in which case we follow established safeguarding protocols.
